We accept both walk-ins and appointments. However, appointments are prioritized. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or service modifications.
We offer a one-time free fix within seven (7) days of your original service for issues such as chipping, peeling, or lifting caused by normal wear. The free fix does not apply to damages caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors.
All services are non-refundable once completed. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify our staff before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
For the safety of our clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals with contagious conditions, open wounds, or infections. Clients must inform our technicians of any allergies or sensitivities before service begins.
VN NAIL AND SPA SALON LTD is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or allergic reactions that may occur during or after the service unless caused by proven negligence. Clients acknowledge that nail and beauty treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to minor cuts, allergic reactions, or irritation. VN Nail and Spa Salon LTD takes all reasonable precautions, but clients accept services at their own risk. By entering the premises, clients agree that the salon is not liable for any personal injuries or damages resulting from slips, falls, or other accidents within the establishment.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings while in the salon. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
We strive to maintain a relaxing environment; loud phone calls and disruptive behavior are discouraged. Children must be supervised at all times.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and in-store.
